If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 15 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging

• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

• Digital merchandise cannot be returned

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded. Clothing can only be returned if it arrives damaged or in poor condition.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:
Pack your goods and attach the return label that was included in your package. Go to your nearest post office and pay the necessary postage.

These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. Dispute Resolution
Subject to any exceptions specified in these Terms and Conditions, if you and San Bur are unable to resolve any dispute through informal discussion, then you and San Bur agree to submit the issue first before a non-binding mediator and to an arbitrator in the event that mediation fails. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding. Any mediator or arbitrator must be a neutral party acceptable to both you and San Bur. The costs of any mediation or arbitration will be shared equally between you and San Bur.

Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, you and San Bur agree that you both retain the right to bring an action in small claims court and to bring an action for injunctive relief or intellectual property infringement.

Severability
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
